Vincent D’Eletto, RLP®, WMS™

Wealth Advisor & Operating Manager

I work with Gen X and Millennial business owners who are preparing for an exit or have recently sold. My focus is helping owners develop a clear plan for their money so they can move away from the business and into a long-term investment strategy.

As a fiduciary advisor and former founder of several businesses, I understand the pressure owners feel when most of their net worth is tied up in the company.

I help you and your spouse get clear on what life after the business looks like, what the numbers need to support, and how to shift from business risk to personal financial stability.

Services & Specialization

My advisory work centers on helping pre- and post-exit business owners across the United States clarify their personal goals, structure their finances, and build long-term, resilient wealth outside their businesses.

Clients often come to me with strong businesses, scattered personal finances, and big questions about the road ahead.

I provide:

Comprehensive Financial Planning

A structured process that gives you and your spouse:

  • A simple picture of what you own, what you owe, and what it will take to fund the life you want
  • A clear plan for an upcoming or recent exit, addressing taxes, cash needs, and how to invest
  • A written blueprint that connects goals, cash flow, risk, retirement, estate basics, and investments

Ongoing Wealth Management

Once the plan is built, most clients choose to delegate:

  • Discretionary investment management
  • Ongoing planning and coordination with your CPA and attorney
  • Regular reviews as your life and business evolve

My role is to understand your full financial picture and keep it moving in the right direction.

Who I Work With

My clients are typically:

  • Gen X or Millennial owners (age 35–60)
  • Within 5–10 years of selling OR within 3 years after a sale
  • Needing clarity around cash needs, investing, taxes, inheritance, and supporting several generations of family

Industries and professions I understand well include:

Digital/SEO agencies, online content publishers, SaaS founders, e-commerce operators, home-services companies, specialty contractors, and hospitality groups.

Background

My career started in the digital economy. I built, operated, and exited multiple online businesses, including a national SEO content agency and a portfolio of revenue-producing websites. I also co-founded a Japanese Izakaya restaurant that earned a spot on Newsday’s Top 100 Restaurants List each year during my tenure.

Those years taught me how owners think, how they make decisions under pressure, and what it feels like to manage risk when everything is tied to one asset. That experience shapes how I advise today.

My path with Investment Insight Wealth Management began in 2008. After nearly a decade in operations and client service, I left in 2017 to run my companies full-time. Following a successful exit in 2023, I returned to the firm to help build a modern advisory practice centered on owner needs.
